Summary[edit]

Description
English: St Andrew's church. St Andrew's church > 1708439 was greatly restored in Victorian times and the only medieval survival is the C14 traceried octagonal font > 1708478. The royal arms > 1708484 has been overpainted and is believed to have originally been for Charles I. The east window is by William Wailes. Outside, the C16 wood-framed porch > 1708455 with carved spandrels is still standing on the north wall. The church houses an interesting monument commemorating Prince Frederick Victor Duleep Singh > 1708470.
