Summary[edit]

Description
English: St Ive: inside Cadsonbury The ramparts have been eroded with time and were probably surmounted with a pallisade when constructed. As far as is known there have been no archaeological excavations on this site. Looking east-south-east towards Norwood, across the Lynher valley. Incidentally the National Trust prefers 'Cadsonbury' to the Ordnance Survey's 'Cadson Bury'
