| Description |
English: St Mary's Church, Stradsett, Norfolk, ledger stone of Thomas Thruston (d.1683). (Source: Farrer, Edmund, Church Heraldry of Norfolk, Vol 2 (1889), p.202 [1]). Inscribed: "Here lyeth Thomas Thruston, the 4th son of Nathanael Thruston of Hoxon, in the County of Suffolk, Esq., who married Elizabeth, the second daughter of Job. Gouldsmith of Stradset in the County of Norfolk, Esq., by whom he had 3 children, Elizabeth, Mary, and John. He died October 30, 1683. Also for Elizabeth, ye wife of Thomas Thruston, who died December 30, 1728, aged 74. She lived his wife 15 years. Here lyeth John, the son of Thomas Thruston, who died May 14, 1684.
