Part of the 27671 Hall and Dods Architectural Drawings 1898-1984 collection at SLQ.
Hall & Dods designed additions to the Howard Motor & Cycle Co. in 1915-1916.
Howard Motor & Cycle Co. Ltd. was one of the first businesses in Rockhampton to cater for the sale of motor vehicles and motorcycles. Howard & Co were to establish branches in Brisbane and throughout Queensland to become one of the major automotive dealers and suppliers in the state in the period of 1920-1950.
