English: Stannington Road Bridge, Malin Bridge, Sheffield - 1. This view shows the original Malin Bridge carrying the Stannington Road over it ... a second bridge was built later to carry the 'new' Rivelin Valley Road. In the background is the Malin Bridge Corn Mill, which, since closing as a corn mill, has seen many changes of use over the years ... recently it has been nicely converted into Apartments. The River Loxley is in this picture ... with the River Rivelin, off picture to the left, just about to merge with it. 1539971 1541942 1541960 |
