Reason for the nomination:
Majority of files coming from Offficial X (Twitter) accounts of different departments of Govt of India. Nearly, all are uploaded under GODL-India license. Although the accounts are offical accounts of the concered departments, the files have never been released under GODL. Bcoz twitter is not the place for it.
