Nederlands: De gemeente vroeg scholieren van het voortgezet onderwijs en het beroepsonderwijs om een gedicht in te sturen. Susan Helder maakte het mooiste gedicht voor de Nationale Dodenherdenking in Almelo.
De jury, bestaande uit Jos Tornij, Kirstin Rozema, Ellen Lamberts en Suzan Crooijmans, beoordeelde de gedichten en koos een top drie. Susan was nummer één en kreeg de prijs uitgereikt door juryvoorzitter Jos Tornij. Zij mag het gedicht voordragen bij de Nationale Dodenherdenking op 4 mei op het Wethouder E.van Dronkelaarsplein. Nummer twee werd Folkert Schumer. Hij mag zijn gedicht voordragen tijdens de herdenkingsbijeenkomst in Hof 88 voorafgaand aan de herdenking op het plein. Laura Wevers werd derde. |
