Description
English: Swil Kanim, a Native American violinist and community advocate, plays his violin for U.S. Sailors during a ceremony celebrating Native American Heritage Month in the Grand Vista Ballroom at Naval Station Everett in Wash., Nov. 14, 2013. Kanim was the guest speaker and played self-composed musical pieces during the event, which recognized the positive impact of Native Americans throughout history and celebrated Native American culture and cultural diversity.
