日本語: 前列左より、大竹省二、木村伊兵衛、土門拳、後列左より、石井彰、稲村隆正、樋口進、山本静夫、三木淳。三木が代表となり、土門と木村を顧問に迎え日本写真界の新たなる展開をめざし発足した。年1回開催の写真展「集団フォト展」が活動の中心で、カルティエ・ブレッソン、マーガレット・バーク＝ホワイトなどの海外作家を多数紹介する。1961年「第9回集団フォト展」開催後、活動は収束していった。
English: From the left in the front row, Shoji Otake, Ihei Kimura, Ken Domon, and from the left in the back row, Akira Ishii, Takamasa Inamura, Susumu Higuchi, Shizuo Yamamoto, Jun Miki. Miki became the representative, and with Domon and Kimura as advisors, it was launched with the aim of developing a new development in the Japanese photography world. The annual photo exhibition "Group Photo Exhibition" is the center of activities, and introduces many overseas artists such as Cartier Bresson and Margaret Bourke-White. After the "9th Group Photo Exhibition" was held in 1961, the activities converged.
