English: Teddington Lock, River Thames This is the absolute tidal limit of the Thames, though in truth there is actually little tide movement above Richmond. There are actually three locks at Teddington: the Old Lock and the Barge Lock are very wide, but the Barge Lock is much the longer of the two: there is also a tiny 'skiff lock' only 5ft 6ins wide. |
