The mobilization camps to beestablished immediately must be thor-oughly equipped with every wire facility.Sixteen cantonments each containing40,000 men will spring into existencewithin a few weeks. In anaverage city of 40,000 souls not everycitizen expects every-day messages ofan emergency character, but these areto be cities of our men who are goingto war.
