Summary[edit]

Description
English: The Canal This was the route of the Adur to its former mouth until 1819 when the present cut was made near Kingston Buci and the rest was eventually canalised to enable ships to use it as a harbour. Taken from the northern bank which just juts into this square. The ship being loaded on the wharf opposite is the Angermanland.
