English: The Golden Cross. The Golden Cross in Cardiff has tower cranes on all sides and there is hardly a building of character left within sight. Its internal fittings enabled it to gain listed status unlike the poor 773881 a few hundred yards away. A glance at the Golden Cross website http://www.facebook.com/group.php?v=wall&viewas=0&gid=88945502279 reveals it is hardly the place for a "quiet" pint but if the cabaret culture can keep the bulldozers at bay all to the good. |
