Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy halfbound in early green goatskin and marbled papers, rebacked. Title stamped in gilt along the spine. Richard Heber's inscription of the price paid for this copy at the Roxburghe sale of 1812 on recto of front free endpaper, as are several other early inscriptions. Ink stamp of Jon Ker, third Duke of Roxburghe on title page verso. Armorial bookplate of the Barton Library. A1 and C4 (both blank) wanting. Trimmed closesly, with losses to headlines, signatures, and catchwords.
