both eyes. The examina-tion at that time showed normal fundi; the pupils were notedas being 3^/2 mm. in size, and the irides responded promptly tolight, but sluggishly upon convergence. No note was madeof any limitation in the extraocular motions or of any unusualposition of the head. Corrected vision was normal in both eyes. The patientcontinual his trade until 3 months ago, when he was compelledto desist on account of attacks of vertigo.
