| Description |
English: The former mill yard of Bowydd Quarry viewed from the hillside above the drum of No2 incline pitch of the Rhiwbach Tramroad All the former mill buildings have been demolished. The main activity at Bowydd Quarry at present is crushing slate waste. Piles of crushed stone, which is used for driveways etc can be seen in the yard. A part of the town of Blaenau Ffestiniog can be seen in the top left hand corner. |
