| Description |
English: The guns take up their positions at the point of the wood Note the tower in the background. A golf course once existed here (probably one of the earliest in Great Britain) and the tower which you see was the pavilion. The vegetation to the right of the stubble field is known as "game crop" which provides not only a source of food but also shelter for the pheasants when conditions are harsh. |
