Summary[edit]
DescriptionTram 2542 in "Amey" advertising livery, by the former South Lodge of Addington Palace in 2001 (geograph 2240997).jpg |
English: Tram 2542 in "Amey" advertising livery, by the former South Lodge of Addington Palace in 2001. For just over 2 years this tram was in this special livery for the Amey Group, who were one of the main contractors for the construction of Croydon's tramway system. The livery, which was in easily applied vinyl form, was given to the tram in October 1999, before official service commenced. By October 2001, much of it had been removed. This photograph was taken shortly before the livery started to be removed. The tram was heading for New Addington on route 3. It is seen here passing the former South Lodge of Addington Palace. |
