English: Trinity Hospital entrance Founded in 1623 with an endowment by Henry Howard, Earl of Northampton (who died in 1614) to provide housing for poor spinsters of Castle Rising and surrounding villages. The hall and chapel of these wonderful Jacobean almshouses are occasionally open to the public. |
