Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Two Bridges The nearest is Pikes Bridge the older of the two bridges crossing Andrew's Stream, the original course of the River Ouse. The one in the distance is the old canal bridge built in 1790 to cross the new Ouse navigation. Both were superseded by a new bridge in 1944 when this route caused bottlenecks in the build up to D-Day.
