English: Norman tympanum in the parish church of St Mary the Virgin, Stoke sub Hamdon, Somerset. In the centre is the Tree of Life with birds. Upper right is the Lamb of God. Lower right is an animal that may be a Lion or the Zodiac sign Leo. On the left is a Centaur with a bow and arrow and "SAGITARIVS" carved beside it. |
