English: Lance Cpl. Randy Walker (left), a native of Port St. Lucie, Fla., and reconnaissance Marine with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force Crisis Response, explains the characteristics of Marine Corps service rifles to the U.S. Ambassador to Spain, James Costos, at Moron Air Base, Spain, Sept.25, 2013. Costos spent the day visiting Crisis Response Marines and touring the area. SP-MAGTF Crisis Response is a self-mobile, self-sustaining force capable of responding to a range of crises to protect both U.S. and partner-nation security interests in the region, as well as strengthening partnerships throughout the U.S. European Command and U.S. Africa Command area of responsibility.
