Description
English: U.S. Navy Electronic Technician 3rd Class Hong Li observes a dancing performance by students during a closing ceremony at Escuela de Educacion Parvularia Maria Luisa Marcia in La Union, El Salvador, Feb. 24, 2011, after Sailors completed a week-long project in support of Southern Partnership Station (SPS) 2011. SPS is an annual deployment of U.S. ships to the U.S. Southern Command's area of responsibility in the Caribbean and Latin America. The exercise involves information sharing with navies, coast guards and civilian services throughout the region.
