Petty Officer 2nd Class Kelly Martin, assigned to the Blackhawks of Helicopter Mine Countermeasure Squadron 15 (HM-15), signals to a crew member to watch for spacing between the other MH-53E Sea Dragons while performing maneuvers off the coast of Bahrain as part of UK/U.S. Mine Countermeasures Exercise 17-1, Oct. 19, 2016. The bilateral exercise serves to enhance cooperation, mutual MCM capabilities and interoperability between the U.S. and UK Naval forces in ensuring free flow of commerce, freedom of navigation and long-term regional security..
