Description
English: Sailors clear the area after attaching a cargo hook to an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter during a vertical replenishment on the flight deck of the future amphibious assault ship USS America (LHA 6). America is conducting air certification, the final phase required to obtain flight deck certification. The ship is scheduled to be commissioned Oct. 11 in San Francisco.
