Description
English: 150303-N-WZ747-211 - SASEBO, Japan Josela Pancho, right, a civilian mariner assigned to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable, practices Origami, a traditional Japanese paper craft, with a child from the Sakuraga Oka Challenged Home, March 3. Frank Cable Sailors and civilian mariners took part in a community service event to exchange cultural interactions with residents from the SOCH, a center dedicated to the support and well-being of challenged Japanese citizens. Frank Cable, forward deployed to the island of Guam, conducts maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility and is currently on a scheduled underway period.
