Description

PACIFIC OCEAN (July 8, 2014) The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Pinckney (DDG 91) and Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force ships conduct tactical maneuvers during GUAMEX 2014 in waters near Guam. GUAMEX is intended to enhance the interoperability of the U.S. Navy and the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force and strengthening personnel ties between the respective forces.
