Description
English: Logistics Specialist 2nd Class Darius Jones stands watch aboard the Oliver Hazard Perry-class guided-missile frigate USS Vandegrift (FFG 48) during a port call to Manzanillo, Mexico. Vandegrift, on her last deployment before a scheduled decommissioning in March 2015, will play in integral part in the counter-transnational organized crime mission Operation Martillo, a U.S., European, and Western Hemisphere partner-nation effort targeting illicit trafficking routes in the costal waters in Central America.
