English: Washington, D.C. (Dec. 13, 2006) – Commander, Navy Recruiting Command’s Recruiters of the Year (ROY) stand in front of the Iwo Jima memorial during a visit to the site during ROY week. The week runs Dec. 11-15 and includes luncheons with friends of the Navy, meetings with senior Navy leadership and visits to historical sites. From left to right the ROY winners are: Lt. Cmdr. Shelly Taylor, Officer Recruiter of the Year (Reserve Component); Chief Navy Counselor James Masino, Zone Supervisor of the Year; Master Chief Electronics Technician Brian Venters, Nuclear Field Recruiter of the Year; NC1 Francisco Freeman, Navy Recruiter of the Year (Reserve Component); Lt.
