Description
English: NAVAL BASE VENTURA COUNTY, Calif. (Sept. 9, 2011) Chief selects from Port Hueneme and Point Mugu, Calif., raise a new flag on top of a mountain peak near Point Mugu Naval Air Station. The previous flag was placed by Sailors being advanced to chief petty officer in 2010 and will be retired during a formal ceremony Sep. 11 at Point Mugu.
