Ulm, Baden-Württemberg, Germany Deutsch: Salmannsweiler Hof an der Frauenstraße 2, im 15. Jahrhundert erbaut durch Konrad von Weißenhorn, 1485 aus- und umgebaut, bis 1505 im Besitz der Kaufmannsfamilie Gienger, 1794 wurde der Hof umgebaut, wobei ein klassizistischer Baustil übernommen wurde und das Mansarddach entstand, bis 1803 Pfleghof der Zisterzienserabtei Salem, 1950 und 1981 weitgehend renoviert, wobei auch die Fassade neu gestaltet wurde. Links ist noch eines der erhaltenen dreiteiligen gotischen Fenster mit einem Eselsrückenbogen zu sehen. Gelistet auf S. 769 bei Georg Dehio: Handbuch der deutschen Kunstdenkmäler: Baden-Württemberg II, ISBN 3-422-0303-1. Gelistet auf S. 88 in Thomas Vogel: K3unst- und Kulturdenkmale im Alb-Donau-Kreis und in Ulm, ISBN 3-8062-1901-X. Gelistet auf S. 114 (Gebäude Nr. 104) in Erwin Zint: Bilanzierung Historische Bausubstanz Ulm, 1993. Als Bauwerk von Rang gelistet auf S. 120 in Hans Koepf: Ulmer Profanbauten: Ein Bildinventar, ISBN 3-17-007078-9. Ein Foto von 1980 in Koepfs Band zeigt, das zu dieser Zeit ein gotischer Fensterumriss noch die Westseite über der Tür schmückte. 1981 wurde dies dann entfernt und auf der Südseite ein gotisches Fenster rekonstruiert. Nach Koepfs Rekonstruktionszeichnung waren wohl offenbar früher drei gotische Fenster auf der Westseite und zwei auf der Südseite (nur im linken Teil der Fassade). Ist laut einem Schreiben des Regierungspräsidiums Tübingen vom 16. Juni 2011 ein Kulturdenkmal von besonderer Bedeutung gemäß § 28 DSchG. (Siehe [1], Seite 4). |
