Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Underneath the arches of the Market Hall Looking across the narrow, cobbled High Street towards an antique shop which occupies what was once the home of John Kyrle, Man of Ross. Built between 1650 and 1654, the current red sandstone structure of the Market Hall replaced an older building, most probably wooden. The hall is now used as the Ross Heritage Centre. Markets are still held under and in front of the hall in the Market Place.
