Svenska: TEKANNA med lock. Yixing stengods. Cylindrisk, med infällt plant lock och cylindrisk knopp. Ristad dekor i låg relief i form av ålderdomliga och påhittade versioner av tecken som betyder 光德 “lysande dygd” rutn kroppen, under pipen 富寿壶 “lyckans och långa livets kanna” och på locket 長壽 “långt liv”.En sigillmärkning i botten lyder »Lu Buyun söker tecken från böcker och steninskriptioner« (vilket hänvisar till inskriptionerna på kannan). Lu Buyun var keramiker för Qingdynastin. Inköpt av Wilhelmina von Hallwyl på auktion hos Bukowskis Konsthandel 1907.Various archaic and made-up versions of the characters 光德 “brilliant virtue” round the body “, on the cover 長壽 “long life”, below the spout 富寿壶 “pot of longevity and happiness”. Sealmark on the base “Lȕ Buyun seeks characters from books and stone inscriptions 吕步云字征书号仰石” (referring to the inscriptions on the pot). Lȕ Buyun was a Qing dynasty potter.
