English: PASCAGOULA, Miss. - Petty Officer 3rd Class Suren Chandrasena and Petty Officer 2nd Class Dwayne Matthews, both boatswain's mates, prepare personnel floatation devices inside Coast Guard Cutter Bertholf's starboard hangar, May 20, 2008. Matthews and Chandrasena worked throughout the night to ensure more than 200 life vests were ready for Bertholf's first underway period manned by a Coast Guard crew.
