Notes
  • Significance: The locality consists of a wood frame (Structure C) structure with an associated dugout, automobile garage (Structure D). The structure is located along the east slope of a south to north trending finger ridge which extends into the valley of Horse Thief Draw approximately 1 mile northwest of Superior. The dugout garage is located directly north of the wood structure. The wood structure (Structure C) is rectangular in shape with the long axis oriented from east to west. The overall dimensions of the structure are 26 feet 8 inches east to west by 14 feet 9 inches north to south. The structure has a flat roof which slopes downward to the west. The roof is covered with green asphalt tar paper. The foundation of the building consists of 8 inch x 8 inch milled lumber beams resting on uncut dry laid sandstone slabs. The walls consist of milled lumber planks secured to a frame of 2 inch x 4 inch boards with metal nails.
