| Description |
English: View through opening, Scared Heart Church, Omagh. Taken in 1967 looking down Georges Street. Beyond the town centre are Campsie Playing Fields. It was in the era of the SLR camera and I forgot to remove my gadget bag from the picture. The top of the wheel that the bell rope went round is in the lower part of the frame. It wasn't a great photo but the local paper must have been stuck for material and they published it then. The opening can be seen on the right hand spire about half way up 53556 |
