You will be provided with a subscription book into which will be entered your monthly payments. The cost of a Certificate is 15s 6d, but very soon interest is added, and your money begins to grow. [details follow of interest rates, statistics for certificates purchased, a statement from Admiral Lord Jellicoe recommending the scheme and a further statement encouraging participation] All Ranks and Ratings are invited to join.
