| Description |
These movie events at Warnors are fun, but it is just a DVD video projected from a dim portable video projector onto a makeshift screen. Hopefully one day they can afford a film quality digital video projector and a real movie screen. At least they don't do to classic movies at the Warnors what they do to them at the big box theatres uptown - crop the image to fit the letterbox format. These films are shot at 4:3 aspect ratio and must be shown that way! But one real, genuine article thing any old film show at the Warnors has: that pipe organ. It is incredible. Loud. roaring, in full working condition. And of course, the setting. What a building! |
