Summary[edit]
DescriptionWarren Cottage - geograph.org.uk - 703309.jpg |
English: Warren Cottage The section of the coast called "The Warren" was where rabbits were farmed for the Membury estate, and according to http://content.thisis.co.uk/centres/devon/gsww/routes/august01b.html , this was "the warreners home before Lord Revelstoke built its polygonal conservatory for the entertainment of the Prince of Wales and his other guests". The carriage drive built by Lord Revelstoke runs past it, although walkers must now stay below the hedge.
On the left are Gara Point and the Great Mew Stone. |
