English: California Army National Guard Soldiers from the Merced-based 1040th Quartermaster Company and 159th Quartermaster Team set up a water purification station near the Nacimiento River on Camp Roberts during annual training, June 6-21, 2014. The citizen-Soldiers were able to produce cleaner water than what the main training facilities water source and bottled water at the Post Exchange were offering. Pictured are the various stages of the purifying process, water storage and distribution. |
