Notes According to the letter from Prince de Condé to the Queen of Poland, Marie Louise Gonzaga, dated February 29th, 1664, a large Polish style masquerade was held at the court of Louis XIV of France. Identification of the event and costumes by Marcin Latka (Artinpl).
