Description
English: In this video I will tell you 3 different cases/stories about my personal problem with postal service.

The thing is, I use all postal service where-ever I live all the time; as I deliver a lot of stuff from and to abroad; as well is inside of the country I buy and sell some goods (and deliver some goods for free, also). So I personally consider myself a HEAVY BENCHMARK for quality of postal services (total amount of packages delivered and received by me in my life is way over 1500 pcs.).

Important idea points:

1) Try to avoid using Posten at all times due to you could get into multiple troubles with it every time you use it. 2) If you know where and how to complain (I already know forbrukertilsynet.no -- but what else?), or with whom to talk (from Posten or whatever), - please let me know in comments or by any other means 3) Use good, well-established international postal services where ever you can; and for Norway; use local commercial services like Helthjem etc.

In short; my problems are: 1) Double tax on the package (payed VAT to AliExpress and then again VAT to Posten) (they don't return money and don't listen to me at all) 2) Lost of the package (no compensation; no help; no "sorry" from posten) 3) Trying to tax me on the second package sent from the shop in Germany in replacement for the lost package nr.2; that's already taxed and payed delivery and tax in Germany! (Posten does not release package to me without paying 356,- NOK; which is about 2x or 200% of the cost of the package itself!).

Posten is not only a bad service by itself; but complaining about Posten to Posten themselves will not lead you anywhere. Most of the times they WILL NOT HELP YOU. And this is the problem! They are not listening to the customers.
