Description
Deutsch: Empore und Orgel der Wiener Karlskirche.
Ursprünglich wurde die Orgel 1739 von Gottfried Sonnholz (Sonholz) gefertigt. 1847 wurde sie von Joseph Seyberth (Josef Seibert) umgebaut und durch den Anbau seitlicher Flügel vergrößert. Darüber befindet sich am Tonnengewölbe ein Fresko von Johann Michael Rottmayr, das eine Verherrlichung der Heiligen Cäcilia, der Patronin der Kirchenmusik, darstellt.
