Summary[edit]

Description
English: Wild Flowers in the Rape Field, near Essington, Staffordshire At the edge of the field the ripening rape seed provides sturdy support for a profusion of taller growing wild flowers, the most striking being the poppy. When the rape seed is harvested, the wild flower seeds will be distributed far and wide, ready to germinate next spring. The Monarch's Way public trail follows the line of trees at the top.
