ING scherpt de strategie op de Nederlandse markt aan. Om de voorkeursbank van Nederland te zijn, moet de dienstverlening van de ING persoonlijker, deskundiger en actiever worden. “We willen dat klanten ons ervaren als een bank die betrokken is bij haar klanten en bij Nederland en altijd hun belang voor ogen heeft”, aldus Nick Jue, directievoorzitter ING Nederland. Om de aangescherpte koers te onderstrepen lanceert de ING vandaag tevens een nieuwe campagne met de pay-off ‘Oranje is ING’. In de nieuwe Tv-commercial vertellen bekende en onbekende Nederlanders wat Oranje voor hen betekent. Zo delen onder andere Rutger Hauer, Wesley Sneijder en Esmee Denters hun oranjegevoel. Maar ook Guus Vogels (VOPAK), Marlou van Rhijn (gouden medaillewinnaar Paralympische Spelen) en de gebroeders Tagi (uitgeroepen tot verkopers van de beste haring van Nederland) vertellen wat Oranje voor hen betekent. De campagne zal de komende tijd te zien zijn op radio en TV, outdoor en online. Nederlanders kunnen online laten weten wat zij Oranje vinden via #vindikoranje. |
