English: Windswept Shrubs Prevailing wind is definitely from the West, these stunted Mountain Ash and Holly bushes testify to the harsh growing conditions due to mainly Westerly winds coming straight off the Atlantic.
Gorse does well here otherwise it is bog flora - bog cotton, rushes and heathers. |
