| Description | Well, I can assure you, it is. This is Shelby and she has this pre-Photoshopped look that makes your job as a photographer almost impossible. You have to almost unedit her images, in order to make them not look like they have been run through every skin-smoothing application money can buy. She is aesthetically flawless, stunningly striking and although that may sound great on paper, it is the worst kind of look for me. See I like my images to look natural, as if its a photo of a random girl next door who does not do this sort of thing for a living. All of my other images of Shelby have been "unedited" to make them look a little more natural. It reminds me of an extra from the film Surrogates, or like one of those android helpers from the upcoming series "Humans." That is not to take anything away from her as a model, she is incredible. She is just too aesthetically perfect, she has no flaws! |
