Deutsch: Zeichen 369: Verkehrsfunksender (Hinweis auf Deutschlandfunk); 1974 eingeführt und bis 2003 gültig. Am 1. Februar 1974 wurde Zeichen 368 (Verkehrsfunksender) eingeführt. Das damals ebenfalls erwähnte Zeichen 369 (Deutschlandsfunk) erhielt seine Nummer erst 1975 durch Veröffentlichung im Verkehrsblatt (Quelle: Hinweiszeichen auf Verkehrsfunksender. In: Verkehrsblatt 29, 1975, Nr. 2, S. 92–94.). Das Zeichen des Deutschlandsfunks sollte an Grenzübergängen oder an Parkplätzen mit starkem Verkehrsaufkommen aufgestellt werden (Quelle: Der Bundesminister für Verkehr (StV 4/36.55.02): Hinweiszeichen auf Verkehrsfunksender. In: Straßen-Verkehrstechnik 4, 1974, S. 134.). Hier wird die ursprüngliche typographische Version aus der Zeit vor Einführung der DIN-Schrift-Reform vom November 1981 gezeigt.
Laut den Vorgaben des Verkehrsblattes Heft 24, 1976, S. 784, mußte das Zeichen 650 mm breit und 1000 mm hoch sein. Die Lichtkante war in der Regel 15 mm breit, der Ausrundungshalbmesser betrug 65 mm. Der 400 mm x 400 mm große weiße Kasten im Inneren des Zeichens mußte 110 mm vom oberen, linken und rechten blauen Rand entfernt angebracht sein. Das Wort „Radio“ besaß eine Versalhöhe von 105 mm und mußten 65 mm vom oberen und unteren Rand des weißen Kastens entfernt liegen.
