Deutsch: Zeichen 421R: Wegweiser für bestimmte Verkehrsarten (rechtsweisend); hier: kennzeichnungspflichtige Kraftfahrzeuge mit gefährlichen Gütern; Im Verkehrsblatt, Heft 24, 1987, das am 31. Dezember 1987 erschien, wurde im Rahmen der Richtlinien für die Anordnung von verkehrsregelnden Maßnahmen für den Transport gefährlicher Güter auf Straßen vom 9. Dezember 1987 dieses Zeichen vorgestellt.
