ไทย: จุดชมวิวเสม็ดนางชี ตั้งอยู่ที่อำเภอตะกั่วทุ่ง จังหวัดพังงา เป็นจุดชมวิวที่สามารถชมวิวพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นท่ามกลาง ภูเขาหินปูนน้อย ใหญ่ของอ่าวพังงา ถือว่าเป็นอีกหนึ่งมุมมองที่สุดอันซีนที่สามารถมองเห็น พระอาทิตย์ขึ้นมาทักทายขอบฟ้า พร้อมแทรกตัวอยู่ระหว่างภูเขาน้อยใหญ่ นอกจากจากนี้ในยามค่ำคืนยังสามารถมองเห็นด้วยดาวเต็มท้องฟ้าอีกด้วย ที่มาของคำว่า เสม็ดนางชี มาจากเรื่องเล่าว่าในอดีตว่า ที่หมู่บ้านแห่งนี้มีพระภิกษุชรา1รูปอาศัยอยู่ที่เขาพระอาดเฒ่า พระภิกษุหนุ่ม อาศัยอยู่ที่เขาพระอาดหนุ่มและมีแม่ชีอาศัยอยู่ที่ใกล้จุดชมวิวและจะเดินไปมาหาสู่กัน แล้วต้องเดินผ่านลำคลอง เมื่อแม่ชีเดินผ่านต้อง เหม็ดผ้าขึ้น หมายถึง พับผ้าขึ้น ให้พ้นจากระดับน้ำ ไม่เช่นนั้นชายผ้าจะเปียกหมดจึงเป็นที่มาของคำว่า เสม็ดนางชี
